Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within our kiosk, including food preparation, and cashiering. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests and assisting with their orders and inquiries.
- Accurately operate the POS system to process transactions and take customer orders efficiently.
- Prepare and serve menu items — including waffles, ice cream, and bubble tea — following company recipes, presentation standards, and any customer modifications.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the store, including workstations, equipment, and product displays.
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations throughout the shift.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide a positive customer experience and maintain a smooth workflow, especially during peak hours.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive attitude and supporting fellow team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs and ensure an excellent guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (up to 100% of the shift).
- Willingness to take direction, learn quickly, and take initiative when needed.
