Embroidery Operator
Full-time position, on-site

$28 - $30 /hour

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Lead that is ready to train our staff on embroidery customization and bring our customers a boutique custom apparel experience for this holiday season. You will work with store leadership to execute a replicable process that ensures a consistent, premium customer experience. This position will be a key player during regular operating hours as well as after-hours eventing for our private and corporate groups. We are looking for someone who can set the bar high for our team through patient leadership and exemplary customer service.
Scope
- Experience using commercial embroidery or sewing machines, bonus points if you’ve used the “THE MIRROR BAI Commercial Embroidery Machine” to the level where you can train our Embroidery Operators how to execute customer customization
- Keep customization process replicable and timely to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Work with the staff and leadership to assist in daily operations and store tasking
- Curate premium retail experience from the time a customer enters the store
Qualifications
You should know the brand, like the brand and represent the company in an authentic way. As a member of the design team, your fashion sense and trend awareness should be on point.
