Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system

Prepare and deliver light café fare, snacks, and beverages

Maintain cleanliness of the café and storage areas

Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Process payments responsibly

Restock inventory and communicate low stock to leadership

Work collaboratively with pool staff

Provide attentive service in a high-volume setting

Strong communication and guest service skills

Ability to multitask and remain composed in busy environments

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred (not required)

Must meet minimum age requirements per state alcohol service laws
Schedule: Full-time or part-time seasonal position averaging around 20-40 hours per week. The season is from May to September with primary shifts set from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, or 12:00 - 8:00 PM. The schedule varies; pools are open 7 days a week. Weekend availability is required.
