ISN is seeking a Marketing / Sales Manager to organize and lead regional marketing and sales efforts related to residential, commercial, industrial, and specialty real property assets. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight of marketing initiatives, sales activities, and broker coordination while supporting effective property disposition and maximizing asset value. These services are for residential and commercial real property.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for assigned geographic regions.

Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns, property listings, and sales activities.

Manage relationships with brokers, agents, vendors, and other real estate professionals.

Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and sales performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and applicable real estate regulations.

Provide leadership and direction to marketing and sales personnel.

Prepare reports, sales analyses, and performance updates for management review.

Support property valuation, disposition planning, and transaction coordination activities.
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant real estate experience, including marketing, sales, or property disposition activities.

Experience supporting federal seizure and forfeiture operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of real estate marketing practices, sales strategies, and property transaction processes.
