As we continue our nationwide expansion, we are seeking highly motivated Business Development Directors to build relationships with luxury real estate professionals and introduce qualified sellers to the Elite Auctions platform.
A real estate license is not required but is a plus. We welcome candidates with proven success in luxury real estate or any luxury sales environment serving affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Position Summary
This is a relationship-driven business development role focused on identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Elite Auctions' nationwide network of luxury real estate professionals.
You will cultivate relationships with top-producing luxury agents, brokers, developers, attorneys, wealth advisors, family offices, and other trusted professionals who work with high-end properties and clientele.
Success in this role comes from building trust, creating long-term relationships, and representing one of the most respected brands in the luxury real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with luxury real estate agents and brokers nationwide.
- Identify luxury properties that may benefit from Elite Auctions' marketing platform.
- Generate qualified business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct virtual and telephone presentations introducing Elite Auctions' services.
- Maintain detailed records and follow-up activities within our personal CRM.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic opportunities.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and industry functions when appropriate.
- Consistently achieve business development goals and performance expectations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in business development, relationship management, or luxury sales.
- Experience serving affluent or ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Follow Up Boss, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
- A professional executive presence and strong consultative sales skills.
- The ability to develop trusted relationships with successful professionals.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity offering a highly competitive commission structure with exceptional income potential.
