We're looking for someone to work Saturdays and Thursday afternoons for longer than just the summer. You'll get to be creative, style customers, make content for social media, provide excellent customer service and most importantly SELL BEAUTIFUL CLOTHING!
Job Responsibilities
- Keyholder (Open and Close store alone)
- Comfortably converse with a diverse range of customers.
- Make outfit recommendations for customers and style them
- Cash register, POS, and cash handling.
- Create content for social media and online store.
- Tag and stock inventory arrivals.
- Handle customer problems and complaints.
- Hit daily sales goals.
Required:
- Proven work experience as a Clothing Sales Associate, Retail Sales Associate or similar role.
- Cash handling experience.
- Good math and writing skills.
- Comfortable working independently and alone.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends required.
- 18 or older
- Dress code requirement: our work look is elevated true vintage.
Desired:
- Familiarity with suggestive sales principles.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience or knowledge of vintage clothing is a plus.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 11.0 per week
