Black Diamond Kids Center in Brentwood, CA is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our team! Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist families, children, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information about programs and services
- Process registrations, payments, and scheduling for programs and activities
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and front desk operations
Requirements:
- Previous customer service, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor, especially around children and families
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale or scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Must pass a background check in accordance with child safety requirements
