Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during patient treatment
- Place and remove orthodontic appliances as permitted by licensure
- Take digital radiographs and records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
- Prepare treatment areas and maintain clinical efficiency
- Ensure patient comfort and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
Qualifications
Required:
- Current Maryland Dental Radiation Technology License
- Maryland Orthodontic Assisting Expanded Functions License
Preferred:
- Previous orthodontic assisting experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 36.0 per week
