Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Technology Solutions Architect to lead the modernization of enterprise finance platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between Finance, Product, Engineering, and Business teams, defining technology strategy and delivering scalable solutions that improve financial operations through cloud technologies, automation, AI, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance leadership, Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to define and execute the enterprise finance technology roadmap.
- Design scalable, secure, and modern solution architectures for finance applications and enterprise platforms.
- Assess existing finance technology landscapes and recommend modernization, simplification, and performance improvements.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives involving AI, intelligent automation, workflow optimization, and data-driven finance operations.
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures, implementation plans, and solution roadmaps.
- Define enterprise integration strategies across ERP systems, financial applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems.
- Provide technical leadership for cloud-native architectures, enterprise applications, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with business and financial objectives.
- Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise standards, scalability, security, and governance best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Finance Systems Architecture, or Technology Architecture.
- Strong experience supporting Finance organizations and enterprise financial systems.
- Proven experience modernizing legacy finance platforms and simplifying complex enterprise architectures.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and financial management platforms.

- Workday Finance experience (Highly Preferred)
- Experience with Workday HCM or Enterprise Platform implementations.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled finance solutions and intelligent workflow automation.
- Experience integrating ERP systems with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
