Palma Sola Smiles — West Bradenton, FL
Palma Sola Smiles is a privately owned, fee-for-service dental practice focused on high-quality, patient-centered care in a calm, well-organized environment.
We are adding a Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to our team. This position is primarily focused on creating an exceptional patient experience and keeping the front-office side of the practice organized and running smoothly.
As part of our team approach, you will also be cross-trained in basic clinical workflow so you can better understand the patient experience and provide support to the clinical team when needed.
Experience in a dental office is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train the right person who is motivated, coachable, professional, and eager to learn.
About Our Practice
At Palma Sola Smiles, patients are treated like guests—not numbers. Our doctor sees one patient at a time, allowing appointments to feel respectful, personal, and unrushed.
We are privately owned—not corporate—and we value professionalism, preparation, teamwork, and long-term relationships. Our office is intentionally designed to feel organized, low-stress, and patient-focused.
We are especially proud that our longest team member has been with us for 28 years.
This position is ideal for someone looking for a long-term professional home where they can grow, contribute, and become an important part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
We work hard to maintain a positive environment, but we also believe in high standards, personal responsibility, and doing things the right way.
