Intake Coordinator – Psychiatric Hospital
Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado
Schedule: Full-Time (3 x 12 hr Shifts, as well as weekend rotation)
Pay Range: Up to $22 Hour

The Role Itself
- Provides Clerical Support to the Assessment and Referral Department.
- Maintains documents necessary for admissions.
- Inventories patient belongings.
- Processes consent forms and admission documentation.
- Provides assistance to other units as necessary.
- Communicates with families, patients, or referrals sources as needed.
Handles incoming referral calls from potential clients.

Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be 21 yrs or older
- Preferred STNA, MHT, BHT
