What You'll Do
- Lead all daily operations of the apartment community.
- Coach, mentor, and hold leasing and maintenance teams accountable.
- Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals.
- Manage delinquency, collections, renewals, and resident relations.
- Review financial reports, budgets, and expenses while improving NOI.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
- Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal standards.
- Partner with regional leadership to implement action plans and improve overall performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Create a positive culture focused on accountability, customer service, and results.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of Community Manager experience in multifamily property management.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Entrata (required).
- Proven experience managing challenging or underperforming communities.
- Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, budgeting, and operational reporting.
- Experience leading and developing onsite teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and multifamily operations.

Software Requirement
Entrata experience is mandatory. Applicants must have at least two (2) years of recent experience using Entrata for leasing, resident management, reporting, and daily property operations.
Compensation
