The Parts Inside Sales Representative I is responsible for supporting the sale of HVAC replacement parts and aftermarket products by providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, assisting customers with parts identification and selection. This position works closely with service technicians, contractors, facility personnel, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts solutions. The Parts Inside Sales Representative I is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and interested in developing technical knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and components.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers, service technicians, and contractors with HVAC parts inquiries, pricing, availability, and order placement.

Identify replacement parts using equipment model numbers, serial numbers, manufacturer documentation, and parts catalogs.

Prepare quotes and process parts orders accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams to obtain pricing and availability information.

Maintain accurate customer, order, and inventory records within the ERP system.
