Career Links is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join a well-established outpatient clinic with a collaborative team environment and a strong reputation for clinical excellence. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, helping them restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. The PT will work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide evidence-based care for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions.

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients with orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and post-surgical conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, physician referrals, and patient-centered goals.

Implement evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic modalities.

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and long-term wellness initiatives.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize functional outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Collaborate effectively with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.

Adhere to all state licensure requirements, organizational policies, and professional standards of practice.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic or hospital-based setting preferred, but not required.

Strong clinical reasoning, manual therapy, and patient assessment skills.
