Our client is growing their in-store campaigns and is looking for a Retail Sales Trainee to join the team. This is an entry-level, customer-facing role where you'll engage with customers, learn effective sales techniques, and develop valuable communication skills while working in busy retail environments.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll actively approach and engage customers rather than waiting behind a counter, creating genuine conversations while introducing products and services in a professional and approachable way.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Engaging customers in retail and promotional locations.
- Explaining products, services, and available offers.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate options.
- Handling questions and objections confidently.
- Supporting customers through digital sign-ups and onboarding.
- Completing records accurately while following compliance procedures.
- Maintaining a tidy and professional promotional area.
- Working towards daily objectives alongside your team.
Training & Development
You'll receive comprehensive training to help you build practical experience in:

Earnings
Average weekly earnings are $800-$950, including a base rate, commissions, and performance-based bonuses. Strong performers have the opportunity to increase their earnings.
