BC Solutions provides implementation consulting, development, and operating support to businesses using Yardi software.
We are looking for a Yardi Consultant with cross-disciplinary expertise spanning both multifamily and commercial real estate. On the multifamily side, this person should have hands-on experience with YARDI® Voyager Residential and its ancillary modules, including RentCafe, suite. On the commercial side, this person should specialize in YARDI® Commercial Voyager and ancillary modules including Procure to Pay, CommercialCafe, and additional ancillary commercial modules. The person who fills this role will have demonstrable subject matter expertise across residential and commercial real estate. Our consultants come from many different backgrounds, but those who have officially (or unofficially) found themselves in a Yardi systems admin role for a property management company and feel like they’re hitting their ceiling tend to do very well.
As a Yardi Consultant, this person will be responsible for project management, collaborating with consulting and development teams, serving as the point-of-contact for a variety of clients across both multifamily and commercial portfolios, partnering with members of the BC Solutions team for ongoing client success & support, and creating and developing client relationships that drive requirements for future work.
BC Solutions is aggressively growing an AI governance and empowerment service offering. A passion for using AI to find new ways to do the old things is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Advise, implement, and support YARDI® Voyager across both Residential (multifamily) and Commercial deployments.
- Continue to develop skills and knowledge in all YARDI® modules/products we support.
- Possess deep understanding of both multifamily and commercial real estate management and accounting practices within YARDI®.
- Create and execute project plans while maintaining consistent actual-to-budget communications.
- Design and perform system Best Practice Reviews and Business Process Reviews.
- Assist clients with data collection, transformation, import, and validation using YARDI® ETL tools.
- Design and complete user acceptance testing scenarios during major implementation and conversion projects.
- Assist clients with Commercial CAM setup in Voyager, as well as residential setup, RentCafe, and unit/lease configuration.
- Complete training for key client staff, particularly on the Residential Voyager, Commercial Voyager, and Elevate modules.
- Support the BC Solutions team with escalations and troubleshooting of both multifamily and commercial client requests.
- Drive efficient and effective process in daily work as laid out in the BC Solutions Consulting Code of Conduct.
- Work as part of the consulting team to ensure the quality and timeliness of client support and help desk ticket resolution.
- Engender and nurture client relationships that drive requirements for future work.
- Enter all worked time in Paymo or other time entry system AS IT OCCURS on a daily basis.
- Manage relationship and/or projects for a subset of clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge in both Multifamily/Residential and Commercial Property Management/Real Estate.
- Proficiency in Yardi Software.
- Proficiency in document and spreadsheet creation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive work approach.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently or with groups to achieve goals.
- Ability to work in a collaborative virtual environment.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities as issues arise.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain information and processes.
- Experience with project management tools, and specifically Monday.com, is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
