We are seeking a Interior Designer/Sales Professional to join our team.
Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, providing expert guidance throughout the design process.
- Develop detailed interior design concepts using industry-standard software
- Create accurate drawings, renderings, and presentations that clearly communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously by coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely execution of renovation and remodeling plans.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals including budgets, contracts, and project timelines while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in interior design or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects including renovation and remodeling.
- Knowledge of contracts, budgeting practices, and client relationship management is essential.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and negotiating effectively with clients and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
