Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive electrical systems, powertrain issues, and other mechanical problems.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle status and recommended services.
Skills
- Proficiency in automotive repair techniques.
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and diagnostics.
- Experience with vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignment and general repairs.
- Familiarity with dealership standards and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
