Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Install heating and air conditioning equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations with customers
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately
- Represent Refined Heating & Cooling professionally at every customer interaction
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service and installation experience (or adjust to your preferred minimum)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience installing and servicing a variety of HVAC systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification (preferred or required, depending on your preference)
