Job Summary

Duties
- Safely operate forklifts to load and unload shipments
- Conduct precise order picking and warehouse management systems to fulfill customer orders accurately
- Manage inventory movement within the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and organization of materials
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic repairs to maintain optimal operation of all heavy machinery
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
- Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to execute efficient warehouse distribution processes and improve workflow
Requirements
- Proven experience operating forklifts
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control and order processing
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling
- Ability to lift heavy loads consistently and perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
