Woerner has been farming since 1906 with hundreds of acres of overstock and specialty grasses-including our NEW Cobalt St. Augustine-we are looking to expand our presence in existing and new territories. We're expanding fast and need a driven sales professional to help us grow even more.
'Summary'
We are looking for a motivated, hard-working Outside Sales Representative who loves meeting people, solving problems, and closing deals. You'll be building relationships with landscapers, builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners in the Slidell, Mandeville, Covington, LA and surrounding area.

'Responsibilities'
- Identify and develop new B2B and B2C sales opportunities
- Visit job sites, nurseries, landscaping companies, and contractors
- Manage and grow an existing customer list
- Present our sod varieties and help customers choose what fits their needs
- Follow up on leads from social media, website, and walk-in traffic
- Maintain strong product knowledge (training provided)
- Track activities, quotes, and orders professionally
- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We're Looking For
- Outside sales experience preferred (landscaping, ag, or construction is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and an early riser
- Comfortable with in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups
- Knowledge of landscape pavers
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
