Full time position(M-F 8-4) in the Township Clerk's office to assist, oversee, organize, maintain and distribute records throughout the Clerk's office while securing and maintaining both digital and physical records. Ensure compliance with : NJ Records Management Systems throughout the departments, OPRA Requests, public notices, resolutions, meeting minutes, ordinances and legal notices using software applications, website databases. Streamlining information ensuring data security, boosting productivity and providing communication to the community. Performs other related duties and tasks as required within the Township Clerk's Office.
Comply with statues and Records Management System (Artemis) throughout the Township. Must be able to take charge of the system and follow protocol to all departments. Provide training to employees as well as keeping accurate records.
Must have at least 2 years in government or office experience involving the organization of physical records management, processes and procedures.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
