Do you enjoy talking to people, being on camera, and creating an exciting shopping experience?
NYC Photo Group is looking for an energetic, outgoing Whatnot Live Selling Host to represent our company during live shopping events. You'll showcase products, interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, and help drive sales through entertaining and engaging live broadcasts.
No previous Whatnot experience is required. We're looking for personality, confidence, and someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
Responsibilities
- Host live selling events on the Whatnot platform.
- Demonstrate products in an engaging and informative way.
- Interact with viewers through live chat, answer questions, and encourage participation.
- Build excitement that drives bidding and sales.
- Learn product details before each live stream.
- Help organize and prepare products before broadcasts.
- Work with our team to improve future live shows.
- Represent NYC Photo Group professionally and enthusiastically during every broadcast.
Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking confidently on camera.
- Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and people skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt during live broadcasts.
- Sales, retail, customer service, acting, broadcasting, or live streaming experience is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with Whatnot, TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or similar platforms is a bonus.
Compensation
- $22–$30 per hour, based on experience.
- Performance bonuses based on sales and live show performance.
Schedule
Part-time with flexible scheduling. Evening and weekend live streams may be required.
