RCAP is seeking an energetic self-motivated individual to provide services for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in small group home residential setting. Job duties include but not limited to providing instructions for DSP staff, completing annual assessments on individuals in the home, DHS Rule 116 compliance and availability for audits and other inquiries, maintaining individual records, maintaining staff records, teaching medication administration, communication with medical professionals, monthly medication check-in, and rotating on-call schedule.
Job requirements include valid IL driver's license, valid IL RN license, one year of RN experience, and pass a criminal background check. CPR training provided.
