Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000–$120,000 (based on experience), with annual raises

About the Role
Our Physical Therapists primarily focus on:
- Gait, balance, and mobility training
- Fall prevention and functional independence
- Strength, neuromuscular control, and cardiopulmonary endurance
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or license eligible)
- Compassionate, collaborative, and patient-focused
- Strong clinical ambition and desire to grow
- Interest in practicing in an environment free from insurance-driven limitations
