Full-Time duties include maintaining restaurant equipment Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Handling after hour calls on a bi-weekly basis.
Responsibilities include:
Broilers, fryers, dishwashing sinks, restaurant equipment, HVAC and refrigeration equipment, minor plumbing and electrical.
Must be able to trouble-shoot equipment and capable of reading a schematic.
Test and repair equipment by replacing parts and components.
General building maintenance.
Partner with Management team on various project/tasks as needed.
Support outside vendors when necessary.
Role requirements :
Requires a valid driver’s license, as significant portion of their time traveling between restaurants.
Must have your own dependable car.
High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of field experience preferred.
Be mechanically inclined, have the ability to work independently.
