Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services
Develop and implement effective staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage and support to meet the needs of our patients
Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and knowledge
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans, addressing patient needs and preferences
Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Nevada
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Commitment to patient-centered care, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions
