As a Night Auditor, you’ll ensure the overnight operations run smoothly while balancing financial reports and assisting late-night guests with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out with excellent customer service.
- Perform nightly audit procedures to balance and verify hotel revenue and transactions.
- Prepare and deliver accurate end-of-day reports for management.
- Respond to guest inquiries, calls, and requests efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain lobby and front desk areas in a clean, organized, and secure manner.
- Monitor property safety, security, and cleanliness during overnight hours.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience required (Marriott experience a plus).
- Familiarity with hotel systems (FOSSE, Opera, or similar PMS).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently overnight.
