Desktop Support – Locations varies as per new deployment within NYC
1. Imaging workstations
2. Setup, Connect and interfaced with user with logins and application access
3. Desktop troubleshooting & repair (organization accounts in NYC)
4. Strong customer service orientation and patience
5. Able to communicate technical and user-friendly language
