Personnel Placements is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator for a distribution warehouse in Milan, TN.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Overtime: Required as needed
Job Summary
The Stand-Up Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently moving, locating, relocating, and staging merchandise throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of stand-up forklift experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-focused distribution environment.
Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move, locate, relocate, and stack merchandise.
*
Load, unload, and stage products in designated warehouse areas.
*
Use RF scan guns to accurately track inventory, product locations, and warehouse movements.
*
Verify product quantities and locations to ensure accuracy.
*
Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and operating procedures.
*
Complete daily forklift inspections and report any equipment or safety concerns.
*
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
*
Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
*
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
*
Meet productivity and accuracy expectations while maintaining safe work practices.
Requirements
*
Minimum of 2 years of stand-up forklift experience required.
*
Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
*
Ability to operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*
Experience using an RF scan gun preferred.
*
Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
*
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math accurately.
*
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
*
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
*
Must be willing to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with required overtime as needed.
