Job Overview – Seasonal Retail Associate
This is a temporary, part-time position to support store operations during the busy football season by providing excellent customer service and assisting in a variety of areas throughout the store. Associates must be flexible and willing to work in different departments based on daily business needs.
What You’ll Do:

Be available to work every home football weekend Thursday through Sunday

Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service.

Operate a cash register accurately and handle transactions in accordance with store policies.

Assist customers on the sales floor by answering questions, locating merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment.

Support back-room operations, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.

Restock sales floor merchandise as need to maintain product availability and presentation standards.

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work collaboratively with managers and fellow associates to ensure smooth store operations.

Perform additional duties and assist in other departments as assigned to support business needs.
Physical Requirements:

Comfortable moving around the store for your entire shift

Able to stand for long periods

Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation

Occasional reaching, bending, stooping, and use of ladders
What You Bring:

Must be 18 years or older

Positive, energetic attitude with excellent communication skills

Strong customer service mindset and willingness to assist others

Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills

Flexible availability, especially during game weekends

Must be able to pass a background check
