Position Summary
We are seeking a Line Operator to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve production equipment in a highly automated manufacturing environment. The role will support preventive maintenance, robotics, automation, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and support robotic and automated production systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical/mechanical schematics.
- Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, commissioning, and improvements.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records and support spare-parts management.
- Work with engineering, production teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Follow safety procedures and support 5S/continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, automation, or manufacturing operations preferred.
- Hands-on manufacturing equipment troubleshooting experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- PLC, industrial robotics, or automated manufacturing experience preferred.
- Korean language skills are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work around manufacturing equipment for extended periods.
- No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship available.
Pay: $51,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
