Spanish-Speaking Healthcare Sales Lead
Location: La Quinta, CA | Long Beach, CA | Fresno, CA | Elk Grove, CA | San Jose, CA
Salary: $75,000 base + commission

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Healthcare Sales Lead to help grow enrollment in our PACE healthcare program. This role focuses on community outreach, relationship building, referral development, and business-to-consumer sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive participant referrals, home visits, and enrollment goals.
- Build relationships with community leaders, physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and post-acute facilities.
- Conduct community outreach, education, and engagement activities.
- Develop referral opportunities with community organizations and partners.
- Educate referral sources about PACE services and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Salesforce, Athena, and Microsoft Office.
- Follow all applicable healthcare marketing and compliance requirements.
- Attend community events and work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish and English required.
- Business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience required.
- Healthcare, senior care, insurance, PACE, community outreach, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a field/community-based sales environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
