Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Avir at John Jones in Burleson, TX. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit. Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit
Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment

Qualifications:
Valid Texas RN License
Valid BLS Certification
I.V. Certification (Optional)
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
