Have you worked with a Banking Merger/Acquision and successfully led a complex Credit card Processing integration project?
Our client is a Credit Union merging with another and need help with their credit card processing integration as part of their merger integration program. We are looking for a strong Project Manager (and 2 BA’s) experienced in the credit card conversion space.
Work is remote and will start in August through at least May of 2027.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager leading complex, enterprise projects or programs in financial industry.
- Credit card conversion / subject matter expertise in this space, strongly desired
- Strong critical thinking skills – able to envision and articulate the big picture
- Experience in M&A systems integration is preferred
- Ability to drive projects and to manage risk, resources, and stakeholders.
- Strong adaptability to situations and ever-changing demands
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines
- A calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and stress with ability to stay on top of multiple fast paced projects with multiple concurrent streams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a consistent commitment and ability to work with diverse work groups and individuals
- Experience working cross-functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions
- Education and certification qualifications to support your chosen career in business consulting.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- PMP preferred
