WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet customers and recommend the right Spectrum Internet, Mobile, TV, and Voice products.
- Hit and exceed sales goals while delivering a great customer experience.
- Build relationships, handle objections, and close with confidence.
- Keep the store welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A friendly, competitive, goal-driven personality.
- Strong communication and a customer-first attitude.
- Comfort with phones, tablets, and basic computer apps.
- Accurate cash-handling and basic math.
- Sales, retail, or wireless experience is a plus — but not required.
