What You'll Do
- Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor
- Support merchandising, inventory, and store presentation
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume retail environment
- Enjoys being on the sales floor and interacting with customers throughout the day
- Ability to multitask and stay engaged during peak business hours
