Gulf Stream Coach is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, building systems, and machinery throughout our manufacturing facility.
This is primarily a maintenance position — not a production welding position. The ideal candidate has hands-on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience and is also capable of performing welding and basic fabrication as part of maintenance and repair work.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose electrical problems involving single-phase and 3-phase systems
- Perform maintenance involving 480V 3-phase electrical systems
- Trace electrical circuits, run conduit, and perform basic motor troubleshooting
- Maintain and repair heating, plumbing, pumps, air compressors, and facility systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Repair shop equipment, tools, fixtures, and other production-related equipment
- Perform welding and fabrication for equipment repairs, modifications, brackets, guards, frames, and maintenance projects
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and equipment documentation
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and established safety procedures
- Assist with general facility maintenance as needed
Required Qualifications
- Previous industrial, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance experience
- Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience
- Working knowledge of electrical systems
- Welding experience and ability to perform basic fabrication
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot problems independently
- Ability to read electrical schematics
- Good attendance and driving record
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of an industrial maintenance position
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting 480V 3-phase electrical systems
- Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience
- Experience with motors, pumps, compressors, and related equipment
- Knowledge of CMMS/work-order systems
- Scissor lift and aerial lift experience
- Manufacturing maintenance experience

This position is best suited for a well-rounded maintenance technician or industrial maintenance who can troubleshoot equipment and facility problems across multiple trades.
Welding and fabrication are important skills for this position, but the primary responsibility is industrial maintenance and troubleshooting.
