This position is ideal for someone who brings both medical assistant and front desk experience and enjoys balancing patient-facing administrative work with hands-on clinical support. In this primarily front office role, you’ll serve as a key part of a busy, rapidly growing department, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient.
What You’ll Do:
In this dual-role position, you’ll use your clinical background alongside strong customer service skills to support both front desk operations and patient care needs.

Front Office Excellence: Serve as the first point of contact for patients by greeting and registering them, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and collecting co-pays, while delivering a welcoming and professional experience in a fast-paced environment.

Clinical Support: Assist nursing staff with patient care in a limited capacity, including rooming patients, taking vital signs, and helping maintain exam rooms and clinical areas to support efficient patient flow.
At least 3 years of direct patient care is required for this position. This role may also require occasional travel on an as-needed basis to support operations across the Cancer Centers in central PA.
