Join our growing dental team as a Dentist, where your expertise will shine in providing exceptional patient care! You will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating dental issues while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients of all ages. Your skills will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive dental services, from routine check-ups to advanced procedures. What you’ll do
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
- Utilize advanced medical imaging techniques to diagnose conditions accurately.
- Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy (including molars) with precision and care.
- Maintain meticulous medical documentation and manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants using four-handed dentistry for efficient workflow.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
Basic qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with medical terminology.
- Experience with dental software such as Open Dental.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health.
- Proven ability to provide compassionate patient care and build rapport with diverse populations.
- Leadership skills.
