Assisted Living Sales Director | Lorien Elkridge
Lorien Elkridge is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assisted Living Sales Director to drive occupancy growth while guiding seniors and their families through a thoughtful, consultative sales process.
This role is ideal for a relationship‑driven sales professional with senior living or healthcare sales experience who is passionate about making a meaningful difference.As the Assisted Living Sales Director, you will manage the full sales cycle—from first inquiry through move‑in—while building strong referral relationships and increasing community awareness throughout the Columbia, MD market.Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Weekend availability as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000–$65,000 (salaried)
- Uncapped commission potential — total earnings of $100,000+

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct community tours for prospective residents, families, and referral partners
- Guide prospects through the assisted living sales process from inquiry to move‑in
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships to support admissions and census growth
- Monitor occupancy levels and apartment availability
- Achieve occupancy goals and support annual budget projections
- Review community philosophy, policies, procedures, and residency agreements
- Coordinate admissions paperwork and move‑in logistics
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and lead tracking
- Ensure timely follow‑up on all phone, CRM, and internet‑based leads
- Plan and execute internal and external marketing initiatives
- Engage in consistent external business development efforts within the local market
Qualifications
- Prior experience in assisted living sales, senior living sales, or healthcare sales
- Memory care sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service mindset with empathy for seniors and families
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales and occupancy goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of senior living regulations and admission processes
- Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing tools
- Experience with external business development and referral outreach
