Cheese Louise is a fast-growing grilled cheese concept serving up melty sandwiches, good vibes, and community connection across New England. We’re looking for an outgoing Community Ambassador for our North Conway location to help us build relationships, plan events, and grow our local presence. If you love people, food, and making an impact in your community, this is the role for you.
About the Role
As a Community Ambassador, you’ll help us grow our local presence through grassroots marketing, event planning, and community outreach. You’ll visit nearby businesses, plan fun events, and help introduce new guests to the melty magic of Cheese Louise.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with local schools, nonprofits, and businesses
- Deliver free samples, menus, and catering flyers
- Winter + Spring: Plan and promote local events (e.g. sip & paints, live music, trivia nights)
- Summer + Fall: Focus on sampling sandwiches outside the shop and hospitality relations with tourist destinations
- Submit short weekly marketing updates and attend check-ins on a case-by-case basis
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing and confident communicator
- Comfortable approaching and talking to new people
- Creative thinker who loves local events and community building
- Organized, reliable, and familiar with your local area
- Marketing, hospitality, or event experience is a plus
Details
- Schedule: 2–5 hours/week, flexible
- Compensation: Hourly pay + tips + bonuses
- Training: Full hands-on training provided with our Director of Marketing

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.50 - $28.50 per hour
