Fullerton Golf Course – Cart and Range Attendant
Salary Range $16.90 - $17.00/hour
Fullerton Golf Course is an 18-hole public course in North Orange County, California, designed by William F. Bell. Known for its scenic, tree-lined fairways, rolling terrain, and walkable par-67 layout, it offers an enjoyable and approachable golf experience for players of all skill levels. The facility includes a driving range, putting greens, clubhouse, and pro shop, along with instruction, leagues, and tournaments.
We are seeking a part-time Cook / Server to join our clubhouse food and beverage team. This role is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages in a friendly, efficient manner while delivering excellent guest service in a casual, welcoming golf course environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Clean, stage, and organize golf carts for daily use.
· Stock carts with scorecards, pencils, and sand/seed containers.
· Assist with minor cart maintenance, repairs, refueling, and damage reporting.
· Set up the driving range, collect and clean practice balls, and restock range machines.
· Support golf tournaments with bag drop, shuttle services, and other operational needs.
· Maintain clean, organized cart storage, staging, and work areas.
· Operate carts and equipment safely to prevent damage.
· Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the organization with integrity.
· Attend departmental meetings as required.
Qualifications
· Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
· Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
· Dependable with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
· Golf course or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, teamwork, and creating a great guest experience in a relaxed clubhouse setting.
