The world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing and design franchise is seeking candidates for a position as a Customer Service Representative/Digital Print Production Associate. This position will be responsible for managing production by operating in-house digital printing and finishing equipment to meet customer deadlines. You will also perform bindery/finishing tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
You will be expected to monitor quality and ensure all outgoing orders to meet the work order and artwork/proof specifications. This position will also be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional and design projects. We are PC based with Adobe design software. Adobe Creative Cloud experience would be a plus. We have an exciting work environment with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience with printing and finishing equipment a plus.
- Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail.
- Work both independently and as a member of a team, from concept to completion.
- Professional Appearance and Attitude.
- General shop cleaning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Basic math skills, with a good understanding of a ruler and fractions
- Speed, accuracy and attention to detail a must
- Must be detail oriented and have good time management
- Print Shop Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
