Xplicit Technologies, LLC is currently seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to perform recreation area cleaning and janitorial services at a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers public recreation facility located in Riegelwood, North Carolina.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Compensation:
$500 - $600 per month to start
Employment Type:
Part-Time Independent Work
Estimated Time Commitment:
Approximately 6-8 hours per week
Job Responsibilities
The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining a public recreation facility in a clean, safe, and presentable condition. Duties include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing public restroom facilities
- Emptying and maintaining trash receptacles
- Collecting and removing litter and debris throughout the recreation area
- Cleaning picnic shelters, picnic tables, and seating areas
- Cleaning and maintaining public grills
- Cleaning walkways, parking areas, fishing pier, and boat access areas
- Weekly shoreline litter removal along designated riprap areas
- Reporting vandalism, damaged facilities, or safety concerns
- Performing basic visual inspections of facility features and reporting issues
- Maintaining a professional appearance while representing Xplicit Technologies, LLC

Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be reliable and able to work independently
- Have dependable transportation
- Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Be able to walk uneven terrain and shoreline areas
- Be capable of lifting and carrying trash bags and cleaning supplies
- Possess a valid government-issued photo ID
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Maintain professional communication and dependability
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, preference may be given to applicants with experience in:
- Janitorial services
- Recreation area maintenance
- Campground maintenance
- Groundskeeping
- Facility maintenance
- Custodial services
