About the On Site Companies: Family and woman owned business that has been a market leader in portable sanitation, temporary climate control, and safety & security solutions for over 35 years. We are expanding in St. Louis and are looking for a driven hunter to expand the market.
The Role: This role will lean heavily on new business development. You'll be on the street, on the phone, and in front of decision makers building a pipeline in the commercial and residential construction space. If you thrive on creating new business leads, building relationships, and closing - this is a job for you!
What You Will Do:

Prospect new accounts through cold calls, job site visits, territory blitzes, and networking

Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation to close

Grown and retain a book of business to consistently exceed monthly sales targets

Build strong relationships with your customers, contractors, project managers, and site supervisors

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Create quotes, follow-up, and close sales with new and existing customers
-
Evaluate customer needs and create an opportunity to upsell add-on services or products

Other duties as assigned
You will thrive in this role if you:

Proven hunter - you generate y our own leads and close your own deals

Have strong communication skills and are determined to provide quick follow-ups with customers listening to their needs and finding opportunities to find the best solutions for them utilizing our variety of products and services

Enjoy building rapport and relationships with current and future customers

Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
Job Requirements:
-
Minimum of two-three year previous sales experience, in the construction industry is a plus.

Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving history

Ability to drive around local area to meet current and potential customers

Regional travel up to 20-25%
