We are seeking energetic and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team across various shifts. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional patient care, assist residents with daily activities, and support the overall health and comfort of our community members. This position offers a dynamic environment where your caregiving skills make a real difference in people's lives.
<Responsibilities>
- Provide attentive, respectful assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts.
- Monitor and record vital signs, observe changes in resident conditions, and communicate updates to nursing staff promptly.
- Assist with medication administration following prescribed protocols while maintaining accurate medical documentation within EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems.
- Support residents with specialized care needs including Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, and behavioral health support.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in post-acute care settings such as hospitals or clinics to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Engage with residents in activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being, especially those with developmental disabilities or requiring long-term care.
<Requirements>
- Valid CNA certification with current licensure; experience working in senior care or long-term care facilities preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques essential for delivering safe patient care.
- Ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, nights or weekends to meet the needs of residents.
- Strong communication skills coupled with compassion and patience when caring for individuals with dementia or behavioral health challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
