Project Engineer | Hyperscale Data Centers | Up to $160,000 + Bonus

Mission Critical Search has been retained by a leading EPC contractor to recruit multiple Project Engineers for several large-scale hyperscale data center developments across the United States.
These are site-based positions supporting the delivery of some of the country's most technically challenging mission critical facilities.
We're looking for Project Engineers who thrive in fast-paced construction environments and enjoy taking ownership of packages from procurement through installation, commissioning and turnover.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery of mechanical, electrical and CSA work packages.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and field activities.
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals and technical documentation.
- Monitor project schedule, quality and safety performance.
- Support procurement, material tracking and equipment deliveries.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning and client turnover.
- Resolve technical issues with engineering and construction teams.
- Report project progress to Project Managers and Project Directors.
Requirements
- 3-10 years' experience as a Project Engineer on large construction projects.
- Previous experience delivering data centers, mission critical facilities, semiconductor fabs, pharmaceutical, biotech or other complex industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP and/or CSA construction.
- Experience working for a General Contractor, EPC or Design-Build contractor.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites.
