Preferred Qualifications

4+ years of experience maintaining commercial, hospitality, resort, or multifamily residential properties.

Technical training, trade certification, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on experience in building maintenance or a related field.

Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.

Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation.

Experience using maintenance management or work order software is preferred.

Sound judgment when prioritizing repairs, maintenance projects, and guest-impacting issues.
