Position Title: Medical Device Inventory Coordinator

What you will do
- Shipping and receiving of all surgical inventory.
- Communicate with teams regarding upcoming needs for surgical cases.
- Review requirements requested by sales teams…. raise pertinent questions to sales rep if there are any issues/challenges related to a surgery.
- Place orders to meet surgical coverage needs.
- Build surgical instruments and implants to prepare for delivery to hospitals.
- Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls regarding inventory needs.
- Instrument assembly.
What you need
· Must be permanent resident of the U.S. or U.S. citizen.
· Strong interest in working in the medical device/orthopedic industry.
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
· Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
